These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Advantec Solutions ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of Business AI Platform (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is a multi-tenant AI workflow assistant. Each customer organization ("Tenant") receives an isolated workspace in which AI agents assist with day-to-day business tasks such as email triage, customer relationship management, and scheduling. The Service operates on a "draft-then-approve" model: the Service generates drafts for outbound actions, and an authorized user at the Tenant must approve each action before it is executed.
To use the Service you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@advantecsolution.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You retain ownership of all content and data you provide to or generate within the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Your Content solely as needed to operate the Service.
We do not use Your Content to train machine learning models without your explicit, separate consent. We do not sell or share Your Content with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service integrates with third-party services (for example, Gmail, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Salesforce). Your use of those services remains governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or changes in third-party services beyond our control.
The Service is designed so that no outbound action (email send, CRM write, external API call with side effects) is taken without explicit human approval. You acknowledge that you are responsible for reviewing drafts before approving them. Once you approve an action, you authorize us to execute it on your behalf. The Service's AI-generated drafts are suggestions, not final content — you bear responsibility for what you approve.
Some plans of the Service are free; others require payment. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees disclosed at the time of purchase. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; you may cancel before the change takes effect.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis during beta phases. We will use reasonable efforts to restore the Service promptly after outages. Support is provided via email during normal business hours.
Some features may be labeled "beta", "preview", or similar. Beta features are provided for evaluation, may be discontinued, and are offered without warranty or guaranteed support.
You may terminate your account at any time by emailing support@advantecsolution.com. We may terminate or suspend your account at any time with or without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, failed to pay fees, or if required by law. Upon termination, your access ends immediately; Your Content retention is governed by our Privacy Policy.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-GENERATED OUTPUT MAY CONTAIN ERRORS OR INACCURACIES; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING IT BEFORE RELYING ON IT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IN ANY MATTER RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
